📋 Description

• Identify and recruit senior industry professionals (executives, operators, customers, investors
• Execute high-volume outbound outreach daily via phone, LinkedIn, and email
• Engage and communicate with senior professionals, clearly articulating Guidepoint's value
• Screen and qualify experts for relevance, depth of experience, and suitability
• Build and maintain accurate profiles in Guidepoint's CRM systems
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand sector priorities and coverage gaps

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher with strong academic performance
• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, B2B sales, inside sales, business development, lead
• Comfort with cold calling and outbound outreach as a core daily activity
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Willingness and ability to work a fixed US-hours night shift from office (mandatory)
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
