📋 Description

• Facilitate usability and learning sessions with children and parents
• Follow established research protocols and guides
• Take detailed observational notes and manage in-session data
• Set up, calibrate, and break down lab equipment before/after sessions
• Maintain lab readiness: equipment checks and scheduling logistics
• Coordinate participant screening, scheduling, and consent
• Transcribe, code, and organize qualitative data
• Assist with quantitative data entry, cleaning, and basic analysis
• Help synthesize findings into summaries and presentations
• Build rapport with child participants to engage them
• Uphold ethical research standards and child safety protocols
• Adapt facilitation style to different ages and learning contexts
