📋 Description

• Own GiveDirectly’s learning agenda for Emergency Cash (EC) Programs, collaborating with product
• Define and redefine the scope of EC learning priorities as the portfolio evolves.
• Lead internal research strategy, methods, and standards across Emergency Cash, ensuring ethics and
• Provide intellectual leadership and direction, mentoring staff and owning projects in emerging
• Pilot new research methods across contexts; surface lessons relevant to the broader organization.

• Lead impact evaluations and learning questions for EC, setting TOC-driven research priorities.
• Own development and application of outcome-focused indicators for EC programs.
