📋 Description

Own learning and M&E for LLS, District Transformation, Cash + Coaching.
Set direction for measurement architecture to enable learning at scale.
Provide senior technical leadership on formal research and partnerships.
Support product decisions with evidence for design and targeting.
Build and lead a small, highly leveraged team.
Represent GD's research and M&E agenda to donors and partners.

🎯 Requirements

PhD or advanced degree in economics, development, statistics, or related field.
8+ years in research/learning leadership roles.
Expertise in Monitoring & Evaluation, impact evaluation, indicators.
Experience with large-scale cash transfers or social programs.
Ability to build partnerships with academia, donors, and partners.
Excellent written and oral communication for external audiences.
