Lead research/engineering to improve core conversational capabilities in production
Enhance instruction following, retrieval, memory, and long-horizon task completion
Build and iterate end-to-end models and pipelines for quality, efficiency, and UX
Partner with platform and product engineers to deploy models into production
Break down ambiguous ideas into milestones and roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in AI/ML engineering or research
Experience deploying LLMs in production
Fluency in Python and ML tooling (training, eval, data pipelines)
Proven path from prototype to production impact
