Research Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead R&E to improve core conversational capabilities (instruction following, retrieval, memory)
• Build end-to-end models and pipelines for quality, efficiency, and UX
• Partner with platform and product engineers to deploy models in production
• Break down ambiguous ideas into clear milestones and roadmaps
• Own work end-to-end, ship real improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of AI/ML engineering or research
• Post-training deployment of LLMs in production
• Fluency in Python and ML tooling (training, evaluation, data pipelines)
• Track record turning prototypes into measurable production impact
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams
