• Own and pursue a research agenda to improve model proactivity toward user goals.
• Build robust evaluations to track modeling improvements.
• Design, implement, test, and debug code across the research stack.
• Collaborate with research and product teams to shape technical solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong ML engineering skills and research experience with novel models.
• Deep understanding of machine learning and ML applications.
• Working knowledge of LLM post-training and evaluation approaches.
• Experience with RL, dataset creation, evaluations, and post-training methods.
• Passion for personalization and enabling users to achieve their goals.
• Comfortable debugging large ML codebases in dynamic environments.
