📋 Description

• Design and execute quantitative research projects from planning to final reporting.
• Develop and manage survey questionnaires, programming, testing, and fieldwork.
• Ensure data quality, rigor, and methodological consistency.
• Analyze survey data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and executive summaries; present findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate questions into research frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in quantitative research, market research, or analytics
• Strong experience designing, executing, and analyzing surveys
• Proficiency in Excel, SPSS, R, Python, and survey tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to translate findings into clear business recommendations
• Strong project management and multi-project coordination
