Research Manager - Insights (Expert Acquisition)

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end delivery of research and insights projects, ensuring timelines and quality
• Manage a team of Research Associates
• Coordinate across analysts, researchers, and stakeholders to execute project plans
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams
• Track project progress, manage risks, and proactively address bottlenecks
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of insights and deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university (e.g., Business, Economics, Life Sciences
• +3 years of experience in recruiting, lead generation, project management, consulting, research, or
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong team management, organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work US shifts
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office
