🎯 Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related quantitative field.
• Strong ML/systems background with depth in research.
• Proven experience leading a team of researchers or ML engineers.
• Comfort across the full model lifecycle from training to production.
• Excellent communication for translating technical direction.
• Solution-oriented, decisive leadership that drives outcomes.
