📋 Description

• Build and operate shared research infrastructure: resources, data, tooling.
• Design scalable operational layer to reduce research drag.
• Develop automations and tooling: dashboards, integrations, alerts.
• Own hiring and onboarding operations; ensure day-one productivity.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Security, and Engineering.
• Provide strategic updates to leadership and adjacent teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in research operations or infra/program mgmt.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Strong systems thinking; see dependencies and leverage points.
• Build tools with scripting, APIs, dashboards.
• Experience with infrastructure, cloud systems, or vendor mgmt.
• Excellent written communication; design clear ops processes.
