Research Recruitment Coordinator

📋 Description

• Participant recruitment and scheduling for in-person and remote studies.
• Research logistics: setup invites, attendance tracking, day-of execution.
• Communication management: main contact for participants; confirmations/reminders.
• Data tracking and documentation: maintain participant and project records; panel DB updates.
• Tool support: maintain research tools, docs, and shared resources.
• Incentive processing: assist with participant payments and incentives.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years in research coordination, project coordination, marketing ops, or admin support.
• SaaS, gaming, or agency environments experience a plus.
• Exceptionally organized with strong time management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace, Jira, Respondent, UserInterviews, Qualtrics.
