🎯 Requirements

• PhD or equivalent in I-O psychology, behavioral/decision science, or related field.
• Track record of applied research that changed product, decision, or business outcomes.
• Strong measurement and quantitative skills: survey design, psychometrics, causal methods.
• Ability to advise senior stakeholders; communicate rigor to CHRO/CFO.
• Ownership mindset; thrives in ambiguous, integrative problems; drives impact.
• Bonus: SQL, Python, or R fluency.
