Research Scientist, Applied AI

📋 Description

• Own and advance the agent harness, including core execution, tools, and guardrails.
• Improve tool selection, context construction, and coordination across sub-agents.
• Design and implement evaluation frameworks for complex revenue-related tasks.
• Develop evaluation datasets, benchmarks, and automated evaluation pipelines.
• Build predictive and scoring models from call transcripts and emails.
• Lead model fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, and context engineering initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in applied AI research or related field.
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or quantitative field.
• Hands-on experience building agentic systems and agent harnesses.
• Practical experience with LLMs or large-scale deep learning, including RLHF.
• Experience designing evaluation datasets and frameworks for complex tasks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and experimental skills.
