📋 Description

• Conduct playtests in lab or remote settings.
• Design and implement UX research plans and briefs.
• Analyze and summarize player survey and qualitative feedback.
• Collaborate with Research, Insights, Data Science, Community and QA teams.
• Author research reports for partner audiences.
• Build and maintain research repositories and dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years UX or social science research experience
• BA/BS in Cognitive Science or related field
• Experience with Qualtrics or Alchemer and qualitative analysis tools
• Proficiency with PC hardware and current-generation game consoles
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to summarize large amounts of qualitative data and derive insights
