🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in architecture design for advanced AI (SSMs, transformers).
• Strong understanding of deployment in cloud and on-device environments.
• Balance quality, efficiency, and adaptability across modalities (vision, audio, text).
• Familiarity with autoregressive and diffusion models; support for statefulness.
• Proven track record in ML/AI venues (NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR/CVPR) or notable contributions.
• Strong analytical skills with focus on experimentation and iteration.
• Strong PyTorch or TensorFlow skills; experience with profiling tools.
