📋 Description

• Conduct research in neural network architecture design to advance SOTA in alternative architectures.
• Design architectures to improve model quality, inference efficiency, and cross-environment adaptability.
• Develop statefulness, long-range memory, and conditioning mechanisms.
• Assess trade-offs like scalability, robustness, latency, and energy use.
• Create frameworks and tools to evaluate innovations across research and production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into scalable systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in architecture design (state space models, transformers, RNN/CNN variants).
• Understanding of architecture constraints for cloud/on-device deployment.
• Balance quality, efficiency, and adaptability across modalities (vision, audio, text).
• Familiarity with autoregressive/diffusion models; statefulness and conditioning.
• Proven research record in top ML venues or contributions to state-of-the-art architectures.
• Strong programming in PyTorch or TensorFlow; profiling tools experience.
