• Current or former university student in science/health/aviation (PhD, MSc, or undergrad)
• Based in EU or UK
• Analytical, detail-focused; able to spot inaccuracies
• Excellent written communication; provide clear feedback
• Available for 8–20 hours/week; able to work asynchronously/remotely
