Become SME in Sampling and Refinery sampling strategies.
Mentor engineering teams in Observability and SRE practices.
Help establish telemetry ownership, naming conventions, and docs.

🎯 Requirements

OpenTelemetry expert; guide instrumentation decisions.
Model telemetry data for useful, scalable schemas.
Understand app architecture to instrument effectively.
Cloud/IaC: AWS, GCP, Azure; Terraform, Kubernetes.
Experience in distributed systems and SRE.
Fluent in Ruby, Python, JavaScript, Go, Java, or .NET.
