📋 Description

• Support daily property operations to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained community.
• Manage leasing, resident relations, and financial/maintenance oversight per CA housing laws.
• Serve as on-site representative of Sunrise Management, promoting service excellence.
• Collaborate with maintenance and regional teams to ensure smooth property operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of units, amenities, and common areas.
• Oversee move-in/move-out inspections and ensure CA security deposit compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of property management or related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Knowledge of California landlord–tenant laws and Fair Housing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
