🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of property management or related experience required.
• 6 months of previous leasing or sales experience is preferred for this position.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Knowledge of California landlord–tenant laws and Fair Housing requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
