Resident Relation Specialist - Highlands at Grand Terrace

📋 Description

• Build strong resident relationships and provide responsive, solutions-focused customer service
• Manage the lease renewal process, including communicating with residents, supporting renewal
• Support resident retention by proactively addressing questions, concerns, service needs, and
• Respond to resident concerns and service issues, partnering with appropriate team members to help
• Support residents throughout move-ins, transfers, and move-outs, including notices to vacate and
• Assist residents with everyday community needs, including online rent payments, parking

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment such as property
• A strong background in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or sales, with the
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and address customer or resident needs
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and following through
• Reliable transportation.
