Resident Relations Specialist

📋 Description

• Respond to and manage resident complaints and/or service issues
• Coordinate with appropriate staff to address and resolve resident concerns
• Support residents during the move-out process
• Manage resident lease renewal process including finalizing renewal leases
• Monitor resident retention
• Assist residents with any need

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business, or related field
• 1+ year experience in leasing, customer service, or sales
• Strong understanding of residential real estate laws and regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
