Resident Relations Specialist - Aster at Lely

📋 Description

• Respond to resident complaints; coordinate with staff to resolve.
• Support residents during move-out; notices to vacate and transfers.
• Manage lease renewal process; finalize renewal leases via phone and internet.
• Monitor resident retention and assist with move-in/out inspections.
• Assist residents with paying rent online and other needs.
• Register cars on-site and register pets for residents.

🎯 Requirements

• Real Estate License - Preferred
• Bilingual - Preferred
• Strong customer service/retail/hospitality or sales background; meet/exceed goals
• 2 years customer service in fast-paced environment (property mgmt, hospitality, etc.)
• Reliable transportation
• English reading/writing/speaking required
