• Build meaningful relationships with residents and serve as their primary point of contact for

• Resolve resident concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Guide residents through important lifecycle events, including renewals, transfers, and move-outs.
• Collaborate with onsite teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional resident experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, resident services, property management, hospitality
• Bilingual
• Proven ability to build relationships, resolve concerns, and deliver exceptional customer
• Experience meeting performance goals, retention objectives, sales targets, or customer satisfaction
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
• Proficiency with technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
