Residential Advisor

📋 Description

• Meets at least bi-weekly with assigned students.
• Manage student incidents to protect students from harm.
• Document meetings with students and plan resolutions.
• Notify staff to coordinate services by memo, phone, or in person.
• Conduct dorm inspections and ensure accurate ratings.
• Keep student folders up-to-date and submit reports on time.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination.
• Some College in Human Services preferred.
• 1-3 months related experience and/or training.
