📋 Description

• Assists students with adjusting to Center life via supervision and mentoring.
• Ensures students meet schedules and are on time for training or work.
• Keeps students prepared for training day (dress and readiness).
• Oversees dorms: hygiene, chores, room assignments, and activities.
• Provides informal counseling on stress, personal issues, and attitudes.
• Documents student records and updates information per standards.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year related experience preferred.
• Experience working with youth.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
