Assists students in adjusting to Center life, mentoring and guidance.
Ensures students meet schedules, wake on time and attend training/work.
Prepares students for training day, including appropriate dress.
Provides daily supervision in personal hygiene, room/chore duties and activities.
Maintains dorms and bulletin boards, ensuring cleanliness and order.
Provides informal counseling on stress management and responsible behavior.

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
One-year related experience preferred.
Experience working with youth.
A valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
