📋 Description

• Maintain target 3% Worker-To-Resident ratio in dormitories.
• Ensure Recreation/Leisure Learning delivers quality services to meet goals.
• Maintain level 1-2 offenses with a 10% goal; reduce incidents in evenings.
• Increase student involvement in Recreation/Leisure Learning and Leisure Time Employment.
• Increase opportunities by 10% for students to lead project-based teams during event hours.
• Analyze documents to determine whether dorms and teams meet goals.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or General Education Diploma and one year related experience and/or training
• Experience working with youth and adults ages 16-24 in an educational or training setting is preferred
• Data entry experience
• Familiarity and knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications
