Residential Area Director - ID/DD Services

📋 Description

• Oversees all residential programs and services across the assigned region.
• Provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight.
• Drive growth, new business opportunities, and program performance.
• Manage budgets, staffing, licensing, compliance, and policy development.
• Collaborate with Area Managers, Program Directors, and state management teams.
• Ensure person-centered service delivery across programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field.
• Minimum seven years in developmental disabilities, IDD, or mental health; QIDP qualifications.
• Four years of supervisory/managerial leadership experience.
• Knowledge of person-centered supports, Medicaid/SCL/Michelle P Waiver, and compliance.
• Working knowledge of federal/state regulations governing facilities/programs for IDD.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to adapt to new tech platforms.
