Residential Area Director - ID/DD Services

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and support Program Directors across assigned residential programs
• Build positive relationships with families, community partners, referral sources, and external
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, Medicaid Waiver standards, HCBS
• Monitor operational performance, staffing trends, budgets, expenses, and program performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field
• Minimum of seven years' experience in developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, or
• Must be able to meet QIDP qualifications
• Four years' experience as a supervisor or manager
• Understanding of person-centered supports, residential operations, Medicaid/SCL/Michelle P Waiver
• Working knowledge of federal and state regulations for developmental disabilities
