🎯 Requirements

Experience in US residential/civil infrastructure estimation.
Degree in Civil Eng, Architecture, or related field preferred.
Mastery of material calculations and takeoffs; organized Excel sheets.
Excel proficiency and experience with digital takeoff software.
Fluent English for collaboration, reporting, and vendor relations.
