Residential Coordinator

📋 Description

• Assist the Program Director in maintaining consistency within the program
• Coordinate individual finances and community outings/appointments
• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance
• Ensure comfort, safety, and personal growth of individuals
• Assist with daily living tasks (mobility, bathing, hygiene, etc.)
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation

• At least 2 years experience with individuals with disabilities
