📋 Description

• Lead builder-home implementations into the Higharc Editor to delivery
• Primary technical contact for builder leads; translate plans into Higharc settings
• Represent Higharc in pre-sales conversations and provide ongoing platform support
• Deliver QA/QC on Editor; log bugs with precision and context
• Provide SME feedback to inform product direction
• Assist architecture/engineering teams in defining requirements from field experience

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in residential drafting or architectural design with production homebuilder
• Proficient in CAD/BIM; hands-on construction documents experience
• Understanding of U.S. building practices, means & methods, and codes
• Demonstrated experience managing projects through to completion
• Subject matter expert capable of quickly establishing domain credibility
• Potential to manage internal or external resources for Higharc implementations
• Based in North or South America; able to work across US time zones
