Residential House Manager

📋 Description

• Supervise and manage residential/day program(s) for individuals with developmental disabilities
• Coordinate personnel management, including orientation and ongoing training of staff
• Monitor all aspects of the program, including developing individual goals and plans
• Coordinate and manage overall operations, medical, financial, and maintenance aspects of the program
• Guide and direct the designee of the site

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field preferred
• At least 1 year full-time direct experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• At least 2 years of management experience in the disability field
• Good decision-making, time management, and communication skills
• Valid driver's license required
• Comfortable driving to transport persons served
