📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and support residential install crews, from helpers to lead installers
• Run job-site and post-install quality checks so every system is installed to code and company
• Plan crew assignments and daily workload with dispatch and sales so jobs start and finish on time
• Manage labor hours, materials, and equipment usage to hit job budgets and department margin
• Keep permits, inspections, and code compliance moving without delays
• Onboard new installers and build a clear path from helper to lead

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Experience leading install crews as a lead installer, foreman, supervisor, or manager (strongly
• Strong knowledge of equipment changeouts, ductwork, gas piping, electrical, airflow, and local codes
• Experience with permits, inspections, and code compliance
• A track record of reducing callbacks and raising install quality
• Comfort managing schedules, labor hours, and job costs
