📋 Description

• Plan and manage administrative and program activities.
• Oversee 24/7 dorm staff scheduling.
• Conduct weekly walkthroughs and address discrepancies.
• Ensure data integrity in center reporting.
• Prepare reports and budgets for residential living.
• Maintain safety and a respectful environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Two years’ related experience in counseling, education, social work, rehab, or guidance.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Experience working with diverse youth.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
