Residential Program Coordinator

📋 Description

• Assisting with the coordination of daily operations
• Supporting the health and safety of individuals served
• Ensuring community engagement and meaningful participation
• Creating daily pick-up/drop-off schedules and monthly activity calendars
• Filling in for absent staff or vacant positions as needed
• Performing administrative tasks as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Education or training with developmentally disabled adults preferred.
• Prior experience in day program services a plus.
• Must be responsible, reliable, and able to work with little supervision.
• Flexible with nights and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Current auto liability insurance required.
