Residential Program Coordinator / Lead DSP

📋 Description

• Coordinate finances, activities, healthcare, nutrition, and household management
• Create and manage staff schedules for adequate program coverage
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to staff and team members
• Perform direct support duties: personal care, meal prep, transportation
• Promote person-centered supports fostering independence and choice
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment and communicate needs to supervisors

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
• 2 years experience with disabilities or 1 year lead experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and provide direct support
