Resolution Paralegal, Workers' Compensation (On-Site)

📋 Description

• Resolve and negotiate a high-volume caseload efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved in a case.
• Review and evaluate case files to determine legal strategy.
• Independently assess case value, including QME reports.
• Calculate demands: Total Temporary Disability, Permanent Disability.
• Handle case negotiations and settlements.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of legal Workers’ Compensation experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding settlement metrics.
• Strong knowledge of California Workers’ Compensation regulations.
• Expertise in EAMS, E-filing, and the AME/PQME process.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyze legal docs digitally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
