Resolve and negotiate a high-volume caseload efficiently.
Communicate effectively with all parties involved in a case.
Review and evaluate case files to determine legal strategy.
Independently assess case value, including reviewing QME reports and depositions if necessary.
Calculate demands: Total Temporary Disability, Permanent Disability, Future Medical, etc.
Handle case negotiations and settlements.

🎯 Requirements

1+ years of CA workers’ compensation experience.
Proven ability to meet or exceed settlement metrics.
Strong knowledge of California WC regulations.
Expertise in EAMS, E-filing, and AME/PQME.
Attention to detail; analyze legal docs digitally.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
