📋 Description

• Own the high-level casting strategy across Account Management, Strategy, Creative, Maker (Design
• Partner directly with Creative, Strategic, Account, and Technology Leadership to evaluate upcoming
• Oversee, mentor, and direct two dedicated Casters
• Establish standard operating procedures for resourcing
• Build, curate, and maintain a high-caliber freelance network across NAMER and LATAM
• Continuously identify and pre-vet top-tier talent across emerging disciplines

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years in resource management, creative operations, or agency casting at top-tier agencies
• Established, active Rolodex of freelance talent in NAMER and preferably LATAM (Mexico, Argentina
• Proven track record of managing and developing mid-senior level resourcing staff or casters
• Ability to evaluate portfolios, technical skills, and candidate fit across non-creative roles
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to manage egos, resolve resource conflicts, and negotiate
• Thrives in a constantly changing, scaling agency setting
