📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of PMG’s future Workforce Management capabilities, developing
• Architect end-to-end workforce management infrastructure, including business processes, governance
• Establish reporting frameworks, data standards, and governance practices that ensure accurate
• Develop executive dashboards and data visualization capabilities that provide business leaders with
• Evaluate and optimize the Work Demand Request process, improving how customer and business needs
• Develop standardized work taxonomies, fulfillment methodologies, and inventories of skills

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Transformation, Workforce Management, Resource Management
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives, designing scalable
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, resource management, work demand forecasting, capacity
• Demonstrated experience developing business processes, governance frameworks, operating models, and
• Understanding of how to leverage data, analytics, reporting frameworks, and executive dashboards to
