• Actively manage staffing for a dedicated practice by providing teams with qualified candidates for
• Utilize information from one-on-one connects and information housed in our deployment tools to
• Advise Service Delivery teams on creative and alternate staffing solutions that may provide
• Maintain understanding of full portfolio of engagements and sales pipeline for the designated
• Identify future demand surges and supply shortages by level, skill, and/or industry, and partner
• Support deployment needs for large, cross-practice engagements, with a focus on driving a

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or human resources or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of resource management experience at a professional services firm
• 7+ years of work experience, preferably in consulting or advisory services
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and business stakeholders across Technology, IT
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Products, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience working in PowerBI is ideal
