Resource Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee capacity planning for NAM/LAM markets and resource allocation across projects.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Account Managers to forecast workloads and assign resources.
• Manage a portal (OMG) providing accurate capacity data for various regional markets.
• Identify bottlenecks, resolve conflicts, and escalate to Production Leads when needed.
• Collaborate with Global Resource Managers to share resources across regions.
• Ensure daily workload is balanced and high-volume, fast-paced projects stay on track.
