Resource Manager, Customer Success

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end resource allocation for your region; match skills and availability.
• Lead weekly staffing cadence: demand review, bench review, and conflict resolution.
• Proactively manage bench; anticipate roll-offs and line up next assignments.
• Fluency in services economics: utilization, bench cost, margins.
• Monitor utilization and timelines; provide insights to prevent bottlenecks.
• Communicate with project leads and leadership to align on business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in resource management, staffing, or workforce planning.
• Experience staffing 100+ billable professionals across engagements.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets; PSA or RM platform experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in SaaS or software implementation environment.
• Experience administering a PSA/resource management platform.
