Responsable Construction & Facilities (f/h) - CDI - Paris

📋 Description

• Define and execute Construction & Facilities strategy
• Lead construction, refurbishment, and maintenance projects
• Manage, coach, and develop the Construction & Facilities team
• Secure optimal allocation of internal and external resources
• Develop and manage network of contractors and suppliers
• Oversee negotiations, contract management, and budget control

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Facility Management
• At least 5 years of experience in Construction, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or similar
• Proven experience in team management and leading complex projects
• Strong knowledge of technical building systems (HVAC, electrical, fire safety)
• Experience in procurement, supplier management, contract negotiations, and project delivery
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and project management tools
