📋 Description

• take on home care requests from prospects: needs assessment, drafting of support plans, monitoring
• Propose adapted care assistants according to situations and needs
• Manage intervention schedules of care assistants
• Supervise services to ensure quality and user satisfaction
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with health and social care professionals
• Provide accurate reporting to the agency manager

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in personal services
• Degree (BTS, Master...) in health or social services
• Active listening and customer service mindset
• Autonomy, adaptability, organizational and prioritization skills
• Teamwork ability and enthusiasm
• Field-oriented and operational mindset
