📋 Description

• Manages a team of 5 commercial underwriters
• Contributes to change management and strengthens team spirit
• Takes necessary measures for the smooth functioning of the service and contributes to improving its
• Monitors and controls results to ensure compliance with defined KPIs for the team
• Supports and advises collaborators daily in managing files sent by Mid-Market teams in France
• Analyzes underwriting requests related to commercial offers for new business or policy renewals

🎯 Requirements

• Business school education, Master 2 in Finance, Management, Economics, or Insurance Law
• At least 10 years of experience in underwriting teams or commercial management of an insurance
• Assertiveness, ability to work in a team, collaborate with other departments in an international
• Understanding of client needs, negotiation skills
• Analytical and synthesis skills
• Rigor and anticipation
