• Provide solutions for distressed or bankrupt businesses.
• Oversee research, data and financial analysis, and client deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Advanced Excel: conditional formatting, lookups, pivots, data validation.
• Cash flow forecasting integrated with I/S and B/S; sensitivity analysis.
• Distressed company valuation: EBITDA multiples and DCF.
• Distressed/bankruptcy analysis and strategic growth consulting.
